Our attorney fee to prepare a U.S. trademark application starts at $200. That is the legal work. The United States Patent and Trademark Office charges its own filing fees, paid by you directly to the Office. A $350 USPTO fee applies to trademark applications with one class that qualify for the reduced fee (for example, no custom descriptions). Do not treat $350 as a flat fee for every filing. Other filings may cost more.

- A trademark filing can take months. An office action can add more months. Fees paid are for the work described, not for a guaranteed registration.
